All riders must complete a Rider information form prior to their first coaching session.

This session is designed for more advanced riders (NOT race categories). This session will be for riders that must be able to perform a controlled manual and riders that can bunny hop off the floor ideally over a 30cm high and know the techniques used for jumping. If unsure, please email me.
